Bulgogi, which means ‘barbecue’, is a staple in Korean cuisine! We’re taking ours up a notch to create the ultimate at-home BBQ dish: stir-fried pork belly in rich, spicy BOMBOM Gochujang.
🛒 SHOPPING LIST
- 300g thin sliced pork belly
- 2 tbsp BOMBOM Gochujang
- 8 thick sliced cloves garlic
- 100g spring onion
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A half onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Black pepper
🍳 LET'S COOK
- Season pork with a little salt.
- Heat the grill pan until hot, place whole sprigs of spring onion and lime alongside pork and sear until you get those chargrilled marks on pork - 3mins on each side.
- Flip the pork and spoon over Ssamjang generously.
- Place grill pan into an oven at 180’c until cooked through - 15mins.
- Once out the oven, let the pork rest.
- Plate up the grilled spring onions, pork, and squeeze grilled lime over pork. Tuck in.
